Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any booking you have made through us at least 3 hours before the start time of the Service. For cancellations within 3 hours of the booked start time, the prepayment is non refundable. We charge $1.50 fee for any cancellation. You have an option to reschedule your appointment no more than three times. Your third appointment will be final and non refundable. No kids in SPA (newborns, infants, toddlers)
